1. The service

An online service for chatting with artificial intelligence (AI) models: cloud models made by third-party developers and accessed through their APIs, and open models running on our own servers. The service is software provided remotely; no physical goods are delivered.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity in your account. One account per person; do not share access.
Use a valid email address: we send billing notices and changes to these Terms to it.

3. Plans and payment

Plans and prices are listed on the Pricing page. The Free plan requires no payment.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. You are charged at the start of each billing period. You can cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Cloud model limits are expressed in US dollars and consumed at the actual cost of requests charged by providers. Unused limits do not roll over and are not refunded.
We may change prices or plan contents with at least 14 days' notice by email. New prices apply from the next billing period.
Payments are processed by our payment provider and seller of record, Creem. Its terms apply to the payment itself.
Team plan: billed per member (seat) each month. The team owner is responsible for payment, and members lose Team benefits when the owner's subscription ends or they are removed.
Credit packs are one-time purchases that add a balance to your account. Credits are used only after plan limits and do not expire while your account is active. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Refunds are handled under our Payments & Refunds policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy;
create sexual, pornographic or nude content of any kind, anything sexual involving minors, deepfakes of real people, graphic gore, hate or extremist material — see the full Acceptable Use Policy;
create malware, attack systems, send spam, commit fraud, or impersonate people or organizations;
circumvent limits, resell access, scrape responses automatically, or load the service beyond normal use;
use agents, projects or the HTML runner to attack other systems, mine cryptocurrency, host public services or run unattended long-lived processes;
violate the usage policies of model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and others) that apply to their models.

If you violate these rules we may restrict or suspend your account. If an account is suspended for violating these Terms, payment for the current period is not refunded.

5. AI output

Answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Verify anything important.
To the extent permitted by law and by the model provider's terms, you own the text, code and images you receive, and you are responsible for how you use them.
You keep the rights to the content you upload and grant us permission to process it only to operate the service.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but cannot guarantee it: maintenance, provider outages and model retirements can happen. When a model is retired, we replace it with an equivalent one or provide access to alternatives. The list of models and engines may change.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the last month of service. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

8. Personal data

How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; we will announce material changes in advance by email or in the service. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
You may delete your account at any time in settings, which terminates this agreement.

10. Disputes and contact

Send claims to ; we respond within 10 business days. Disputes are governed by the laws of the country where the operator is registered.
