Payments & Refunds
Last updated: November 5, 2026
What you are buying
Access to the online service Modellaris on the selected plan for one month. The service is delivered online immediately after payment; nothing is shipped. Plan details are on the Pricing page.
Payment
- Prices are in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, your bank or the payment provider converts the amount at its own rate.
- We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods offered by our payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's secure page and are never shared with us.
- Subscriptions renew automatically every month. We send a reminder email before each renewal.
Credit packs and Team seats
- Credit packs ($3.99, $9.99, $19.99) are one-time purchases. An unused pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase; credits that have already been spent are not.
- Team plan is billed per seat each month and follows the same rules as other subscriptions. Adding a seat is prorated; removing a seat applies from the next period.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Creem, which acts as the seller of record. Refunds go through the same provider.
Cancellation
You can cancel renewal at any time in settings or by emailing support. You keep access until the end of the paid period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. Your chats and data are kept.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of your first payment for a plan: full refund if you used less than 20% of your cloud model limit during that period. Email from your account email.
- Outage on our side (service unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours): we extend your subscription by the downtime or refund the proportional amount.
- Mistaken or duplicate charges — refunded in full.
- Otherwise, payments for a billing period that has started are not refundable, because limits are paid to model providers at the moment they are used.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
Upgrades and downgrades
When you upgrade, the difference is prorated for the remaining days. When you downgrade, the new plan starts from the next billing period.
