Acceptable Use Policy

Modellaris is an independent interface to AI models made by third parties. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies that make these models. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything you create with the service: chat answers, images, voice, music, 3D models and code.

1. Not allowed

You may not use Modellaris to create, request or share:

Sexual content of any kind: pornography, sexually explicit or suggestive images, text or audio, nudity, erotic or fetish material, including “artistic” nudity. Modellaris is not an NSFW service and has no adult mode.
Anything sexual involving minors or characters that look or are described as minors. Such attempts are reported where the law requires it and the account is closed.
Content about real people that is sexual, humiliating, defamatory or meant to deceive: deepfakes, face swaps, fake photos or voice clones used to impersonate someone.
Graphic violence and gore, content that glorifies violence or terrorism, and hate speech or extremist propaganda.
Content that encourages self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
Instructions for serious harm: weapons, explosives, drugs, malware, fraud, phishing or other crimes.
Infringing content: material that copies protected works, brands or characters in a way that breaks someone else's rights.
Spam and abuse: bulk generation for spam, scraping, reselling access, or getting around limits and filters.

2. How we enforce it

Every request for an image, voice, music or 3D model is checked automatically before it is generated, and generated images are checked before they are shown. Requests that break this policy are not generated.
Messages to open models are checked too. Cloud models also apply their makers' own usage policies.
Blocked requests are logged. Repeated violations lead to a temporary block of generation; any attempt involving minors leads to an immediate block and account closure.
If an account is suspended or closed for breaking this policy, payment for the current period is not refunded.

3. Reporting

If you see content made with Modellaris that breaks this policy, for example in a shared chat, write to . We review reports within 2 business days.
